What the £49 review covers

The Remote Cyber Safety Review is a non-technical review of a single small business's answers to our questionnaire. It includes a personalised written report and suggested next steps based on the information voluntarily supplied.

What the review does not cover

We do not access or test computers, devices, software, websites, networks or accounts. We do not undertake scans, penetration testing, technical audits, malware detection, vulnerability verification, compliance sign-off or Cyber Essentials certification. Findings are based on self-reported answers and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Your responsibilities

Please answer as accurately as you can and mark uncertain points “Not sure”. Do not send passwords, codes, customer records or confidential network configurations. Recommendations requiring technical work should be checked and carried out by appropriately qualified IT professionals.

Price, ordering and payment

The advertised introductory price is £49 for one questionnaire and one written report for one business. [CONFIRM WHETHER VAT APPLIES, PAYMENT METHOD, THE EXACT ACCEPTANCE PROCESS AND WHAT COUNTS AS OUT-OF-SCOPE ADDITIONAL WORK.] No contract is formed merely by sending an enquiry.

Delivery and corrections

[ADD YOUR STANDARD DELIVERY PERIOD, HOW YOU HANDLE INCOMPLETE QUESTIONNAIRES AND HOW CUSTOMERS CAN REQUEST CORRECTIONS.]

[SET OUT A LAWFUL CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY SUITABLE FOR YOUR CLIENT TYPES AND REMOTE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY APPLICABLE CONSUMER RIGHTS.] For complaints, contact hello@northeastcybersafety.co.uk.

Limits and guarantees
